Forrest Walker is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer and a decorated leader on the battlefield and in garrison. He has been described by Flag-level Officers as “a catalyst that immediately improves any situation.” Forrest is a business consultant with 15 years’ experience helping companies develop positive growth and capacities they carry into their future. He is a Sustainable Effectiveness and Agility expert and has graduate degrees in Global Leadership and Organization Development. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and Master Facilitator. Forrest prefers a people-centered and forward-looking approach to problem-solving, and makes capacity building part of every engagement. His deep immersion in the Navy SEAL problem-solving methodologies is reinforced by an intimate understanding of the technical side of the human condition, and the behavioral dynamics involved in the human systems found in all organizations.

Darby Barton, MSOD, Senior OD Consultant

Darby leverages over 10 years’ experience working with creatives, entrepreneurs and executives to help others navigate chaos. She is on a mission to make organizations and individuals more sustainable, effective, and fun. She has a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Organization Studies and Ethnomusicology from Pitzer College, a top-ranked US institution that celebrates intercultural understanding, social responsibility, and community involvement.

Her experience equips her to pivot quickly, to listen keenly, to orchestrate new systems, and to invite others into the process of driving agile change initiatives. A Los Angeles native, resident, and artist herself, Darby has enjoyed and champions rich cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion. She loves helping others find beauty, connection, and humor in the most surprising places.

Derek Redmond, MET, Senior eLearning Specialist

Derek is a Senior eLearning Specialist with AgileOD and the Owner and Principal Consultant at Redmond eLearning. He is an award-winning instructional designer and eLearning developer. With experience in the private, public, military, and non-profit sectors, he brings over ten years of experience to the team. His expert knowledge in a variety of authoring and multimedia development tools are complemented by his coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Derek holds a Masters in Education Technology. Derek is an emerging researcher in his field, recently publishing in The International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning.

Jonathan Weller, PhD, MSOD, Senior OD Consultant

Jonathan is a seasoned performance, clinical and consulting psychologist with over 20 years of experience. He received his doctoral training in psychology at Michigan State University and began his career in the U.S. Navy where he offered both clinical and consulting services to Navy and Marine Corp personnel. Over the last 15+ years, he has developed and maintained a thriving private practice in Arizona. He has worked with many senior level executives, collegiate and pro athletes, musicians, entrepreneurs, and countless individuals seeking self-improvement. He has also taught and provided clinical supervision at the graduate level and he serves on the board of directors with a local healthcare non-profit organization.

Jonathan's interest and desire to improve the performance and health of organizations led him to pursue an additional Master's degree in Organization Development through Pepperdine University. He is currently building a consulting practice with a focus on high performance psychology, promoting the growth and development of business leaders and improving mental health within the workplace.
