The Collaborative Design Studio (CDS) is an applied leadership development program intended for both emerging and formal leaders at all levels. The diversity of each cohorts is one of the key strengths of the program.
Each cohort focuses on a unique, real-world challenge or opportunity facing their organization or an organization in the community. This allows participants to apply what they are learning over the course of the program and make a tangible difference in the lives of fellow employees and community members.
Private offerings are designed to generate real-world business results for client organizations. Not only do you develop your people, you accelerate business growth and community impact!
